Outer Banks North Carolina Wedding Photographer | Sarah D’Ambra Photography | Boho wedding celebration in Kill Devil Hills, NC

WIND WIND WIND WIND. I think it’s safe to say that we have had our fair share of wind this summer. BUT, can I just say how obsessed I am with this boho wedding?!?! Madeline captured Mike and Edens wedding perfectly! I’m am totally bummed I missed such a killer wedding but stoked that Madeline stepped it up and took one for team SDP! Moving forward into next year, she’ll be photographing more weddings for the SDP brand. And that’s great news, because that means our schedules are more freed up and we’re more available to you! I couldn’t be more happier with her work, and it’s so awesome that our similar taste in shooting style complements each other so well… And not to mention Eden made her weddings incredibly easy to photograph with all of her DIY details. Here are a few photos from Mike and Eden’s wedding day! ENJOY!

Outer Banks North Carolina Wedding Photographer | Sarah D’Ambra Photography | Jason and Erica married at Jennette’s Pier in Nags Head, NC

Jason and Erica’s wedding at Jennette’s Pier in Nags Head was pretty awesome! No only did we do a sweet first look series in historic downtown Manteo, NC but there was a gigantic surf competition going on right in the middle of their reception venue. It’s not every day you get to shoot a wedding during the Wave Riding Vehicles Outer Banks Hurley Pro. Just goes to show there’s always room for more on the beach! Everything from the exquisite menu options catered by the fantastic Cafe Lachine, to the over the top embellishments and decor by none other than The Embellishers. This wedding was 130 people deep and off the charts! Here are a few photos from Erica and Jason’s wedding day! Enjoy!

Ashley and Doug are FINALLY on the blog! I am so thrilled about their wedding! We photographed their engagement photos several months ago this past winter at the Manteo coin laundry… they are just as adorable now as they were then! Both Doug and Ashley local to the area, decided on using the Pavilion at Pirates Cove Marina for their venue! When their planner told me we would be utilizing a boat for a portion of their bride and groom series, immediately was excited! Here are a few photos from their Outer Banks wedding! ENJOY!

Outer Banks, NC Wedding Photography | Sarah D’Ambra Photography | Colin and Rachel Beach Side Ceremony!

As soon as I had met Colin and Rachel, I immediately wanted to be a part of their day. Seriously, such a cool couple. Dark thunderclouds and bolts of lightening didn’t hinder their wedding for one second. We had outstandingly beautiful skies as our back drop, and I cannot get enough of these photos. There small group of wedding guests, including family only, formed a sweet circle as they both said their “ i do’s” Only to be followed by the quaintest of quaint receptions that featured a delicious pie bar, lots of champaign, and low lighting provided by tiny candles and lights on a sting. Here are a few images from their outer banks wedding! ENJOY!
