“…As a sister photography team, their talent is unrivaled—both were truly in sync the entire day. Sarah and Madeline were the best choice…I can’t imagine anyone else to have captured our special day!”

FAQs
-
Yes! We strongly encourage all of our clients to hire a full-service planner or day-of coordination at minimum. We’re able to give you our best when working with other professionals to make your wedding day run smoothly.
-
We pride ourselves on executing family formalities quickly and systematically. This portion of the day is fully guided and directed by both photographers so that everyone looks polished and beautifully composed.
***We have refined this process over years of experience photographing families of all walks of life — blended, divorced, and everything in between — ensuring that every loved one feels comfortable and included. To keep things flowing smoothly, we strongly encourage limiting your formal family portraits to immediate family only (parents, siblings and their spouses or children, and grandparents).
That said, we know how meaningful extended family photos can be. If you’d like to include additional family groupings, we’ll work together prior to the wedding to create a personalized list that ensures every important relationship is included.
-
We have a general shot list that we run through for almost every wedding. It’s a combination of “must have” photos and other photos that are in alignment with our brand’s editorial style. While we don’t require our couples to provide us with a shot list, you’re encouraged to let us know any specific photo you’d like to have included!
-
While "entire wedding guest group shots" are possible we don't always recommend.
-
A special moment between the couple before the ceremony where they'll be seeing each other for a few quick photos. Family and wedding party photos formalities can follow the first look. First looks don't shorten your photography timeframe, it only rearranges it.
-
Roughly an hour before the sunset (weather pending) This time is best for portraits (NOT ceremonies!)
-
We shoot! And keep shooting! If you're cool, we're cool. We always make it happen. Our best work is pushed out under pressure.
